Technical Class Groups

Usage

Use the Group tab in the Technical Class Groups window to create the groups for your technical classes. A technical class group is made up of one or more group names that are given a sort sequence and saved under a descriptive group name. Attributes, which are given a sort order, are selected from a List of Values and added to these group names. Technical class groups are created primarily for IFS/Plant Design overview and detail windows.

Each technical class group requires the prior creation of:

• Classes and attributes (as defined in the Technical Classes and Attributes window)
• Technical class related to numeric/alphanumeric attributes (as defined in the Template window)
