Set up ID Separators
Explanation
This activity is used to define ID separators for a particular design object
class, design part class or a set of classes.
The ID separators work in conjunction with ID models to make them easier to
read when they appear in the design object and design part IDs. ID separators
could have various characters (%, -, etc.) that divide the combined IDs (Primary
01, Primary 02 or Secondary 01, Secondary 02, etc.) as defined for an ID Model. A prefix and a suffix can
also be defined for both primary and secondary IDs.
Prerequisites
A standard and a class should be defined.
System Effects
ID separators and their class connections are established.
