Usage

Use this window to register general performance evaluation criteria for employees. Such criteria will be used to measure employee's performance over a specified period of time.

The General Performance Evaluation window is divided into two parts. The upper section is dedicated to assigning general performance criteria for the employee. The employee as well as the supervisor can enter evaluation details. The lower section of the window will display the objectives associated with each general performance criterion assigned to the employee.
