Usage

Use this tab window to define a Development Plan for the specified employee. This plan is needed to achieve the employee's Career Plan.

The following options are available via the Operations menu or the right mouse button:

• Copy from previous Career Planning Period - Copies data from this employee's previous Career Planning Period.
