Usage

Use this tab to view the distribution of orders across different batch balance IDs. To display this tab select the batch balancing IDs object in the Gantt Overview pane. The distribution is represented graphically in a pie chart. Use the filter criteria to drill down into particular orders. You can also click each slice of the pie chart to view the relevant details in the Detail Property pane. In addition, you can select individual orders in the Detail Property pane of this tab to perform actions such as scheduling and unscheduling.

Filter orders with:

Need Date Between: Select this check box to specify a need-date range by which to filter orders. Clear the check box if you do not want a need-date range to be considered when selecting the orders to be displayed in this tab.

Start Date: The first date in the range of need dates by which you want to filter orders.

End Date: The last date in the range of need dates by which you want to filter orders.

Finish Date Between: Select this check box to specify a finish date range by which to filter orders. Clear the check box if you do not want a finish date range to be considered when selecting the orders to be displayed in this tab.

Start Date: The first date in the range of finish dates by which you want to filter orders.

End Date: The last date in the range of finish dates by which you want to filter orders.

No. of Orders: The number of orders in the current schedule that meet the specified criteria.

Refresh Graph: Click this to update the graph to reflect changes in the schedule or in the selection criteria.

Batch Balancing ID: The identification number generated in the batch balancing process to hold the relationship between shop order requisitions in the resulted balanced batch (set of shop order requisitions).

Name: The order, sequence and release numbers of the order.

Part No.: The identification number of the part that the order produces.

Part Desc: The name or the description of the inventory part.

Quantity Due: The quantity of parts that the order is scheduled to produce.

Need Date: The date and time by which the order needs to be completed.

Finish Date: The date and time by which the operations belonging to the order are scheduled to finish.

Earliness: The amount of time between when the order is finished and its need date. This value is expressed in days, hours, and minutes.

Tardiness: The amount of time by which this order has passed its need date. This value is expressed in days, hours, and minutes.

Lead Time: The amount of time between the start time and finish time for the order. This value is expressed in days, hours, and minutes.

Productive LT: The productive lead time, or actual working time required to complete the order. This value is expressed in days, hours, and minutes.

Productive LT Factor: The productive lead time divided by the lead time. This value is expressed in days, hours, and minutes.
