Set Maintenance Order to Work Done

Explanation

This activity is used to set a maintenance order to the Work Done status. Note: In most cases the maintenance order is automatically set to this status when all connected tasks are in either the Work Done or Finished status.

Prerequisites

To manually set a maintenance order to the Work Done status, all connected tasks should be either in the Work Done or Finished status, and all operations linked to the tasks should be either in the Finished or Cancelled status.

Procedure

  1. Open the Maintenance Order window.
  2. Populate (F2) or query (F3) for the necessary maintenance order.
  3. Right-click, point to Status, and then click Work Done.
