Close or Reopen CRO

Explanation

This activity is used to manually close a component repair order line.

When closing a component repair line, you can close the component repair order as well if no other lines exist or if the other lines already are closed. You can close all lines in one single action from the component repair order header if all lines are in Completed or Closed status.

When the component repair order line is in Closed status, no further actions can be taken. This means that all work related to the processing of the component repair order line should be completed before you close the line. This includes creation and transfer of sales lines for invoicing and dispatching of the repair parts. However, if necessary, you can reopen a closed component repair order line. This could for example be when labor transactions are missing since the repair shop manager has not approved the reported time.
