Recalculate Contract Item Values

Explanation

This activity is used to recalculate item values in the sales contract. Recalculating values is useful if the currency rate type of the sales contract is changed later and you want to recalculate item values based on the new currency rates.

Prerequisites

• A contract must exist.
• The contract revision must not be in the Cancelled or Obsolete status.
• The contract revision must not be frozen.

System Effects

• The contract item values in the sales contract revision will be recalculated.

Procedure

1. Open the Sales Contract window and query for the required contract number.
2. Open the Revisions tab or Items tab and right click to select the Recalculate Contract Item Values option from the menu.
