Copy Configuration

Explanation

Use this activity to create a new document class process action configuration by copying an existing action and assigning that action to another document class and/or process. 

Prerequisites

A document class process action configuration must exist.

A new document class process action configuration is created.

Procedure

1. Open the Document Class Process Action window.
2. Select a document class process action configuration.
3. Right-click in the header and select Copy Configuration. The Copy Configuration dialog box is opened.
4. Enter a value in the To Class field and/or a value in the To Process field.
5. Click OK to create the new process action configuration.
