Report Progress on Document Package

Explanation

Use this activity to report a document package's progress.

Prerequisites

• The document package must exist.
• Each document connected to the package should have the document class, document number, document sheet and revision level specified.

System Effects

• The new progress is calculated.
• The next time the connected activity in IFS Project is refreshed, the new progress is reported to the activity.

Procedure

1. Open the Document Package window and select the package. 
2. Select the milestone reached in the Document Milestone No field for each document in the package.
3. Click Save.
