Use this activity to copy a document title and create a new document title. You can select which parts of the source document are copied to the new document. If the source document title has more than one several document sheet, the latest revision of the sheet is copied to the new document title. The Copy Document Title Wizard is used to copy document titles.
You must have (at a minimum) view access to each of the files that are copied
from the source document title. If you don't have at least view access to each
file, you can still copy the document title, but the Copy File check box
in the Copy Document Title Wizard cannot be selected.
You will not see documents protected with the Restricted
Access check box if you do not have view access granted to them.
As a result of this activity, a new document title is created from the source document title. If the original document title has more than one document sheet, the latest revision of the sheet is copied. The copied sheets and files become the first revision of the new document title.
