Create Reason for Issue

Explanation

Use this activity to create reasons for issue. These reasons explain why a document may have been created and usually correspond to a stage within the engineering process, such as for quotation, for review, for design, or for construction. Documents can be queried on these reasons for issue.

Procedure

  1. Click New to create an empty row.
  2. Create a new reason by entering values for the Reason and Description fields.
  3. Click Save.
