View DSO Graph

Explanation

Use the View DSO Activity to view graphically the credit information per customer. The DSO credit reporting communicates the performance of collecting on customer invoices for credit and collection employees. The summary of DSO performance is represented both textually and graphically

Prerequisites

This activity requires that the Calculate Customer Credit Information activity has been performed in order to have the graph based on updated figures. Updating of selected customers can also take place in Customer Credit Analysis by using the right mouse button function.

System Effects

As a result of this entry, you can view graphically the credit information on a customer. If the cursor is placed at the right side of the form on the graph, you can copy, print, and save it.

Procedure

To view a DSO graph:

1. Select Customer Credit Analysis. Put the cursor at the Customer ID for which you want to get information. Click the right mouse button function DSO Graph and you access that window. Place the cursor at the left side of this form outside the blank graph square area. Then click the right mouse button function View Graph.
