Procedure

To Add a Representative:

  1. Open the Representative 360 window and go to the Customers tab.
  2. Select a record.
  3. Right-click and then click Add Representative.
  4. The Add Representative dialog box will appear.
  5. Select a representative by clicking List.
  6. Click OK.
