Enter Potential

Explanation

This activity is used to view, modify, or enter information about the customer potential. The potential defines how important this customer is to your company, compared to other customers, and the growth level expectation. This can be carried out by a user who has access to CRM data.

This activity has no prerequisites.

System Effects

A value for customer potential is created and is available for use in the CRM information on the customer record.

Procedure

  1. Open the CRM Basic Data window and click the Potential tab.
  2. Create a new record.
  3. Enter the short code for potential in the Potential ID field.
  4. Enter a description of the potential in the Description field.
  5. Save the information.
