Enter Representative Roles

Explanation

This activity is used to view, modify, or enter representative roles. A representative role defines the role and responsibility of a representative. This can be for example client manager, technical manager, support contact etc.

This activity has no prerequisites.

System Effects

A representative role is created and is available for use on the CRM and SRM Basic Data/Representatives tab and in the CRM information on the customer record etc.

Procedure

  1. Open the CRM and SRM Basic Data window and click the Representative Roles tab.
  2. Create a new record.
  3. Enter the short code for representative role in the Representative Role ID field.
  4. Enter a description of the representative role in the Description field.
  5. Save the information.
