View Opportunity Line History

Explanation

This activity is used to view all the changes made to an opportunity line. The history of a line shows who did what to the line and when. You cannot add or modify any information in this window except for notes.

Prerequisites

An opportunity line must have been entered and saved on an opportunity.

Procedure

To view line history via a business opportunity:

1. Open the Business Opportunity window and search for the opportunity you want to view.
2. Click the Opportunity Lines tab and select a line.
3. Right-click and then click Opportunity Line History.
4. View the line history in the Opportunity Line History window that appears.
