Enter Tax Office Communication Method
Explanation
Use this activity to connect different communication
methods to the addresses you previously connected to several parts, such as
Company, Customer, Customs, Supplier, Manufacturer, Owner, Forwarder, Person,
and Employee. Possible methods for communication include phone, mobile, fax,
pager, e-mail, and intercom. If you enter more than one record with the same
communication methods for an address, you must specify which communication
method you want as the default.
Prerequisites
A tax office must have been created with address
information before performing
this activity.

Procedure
- Open the Tax Office window.
- Query for the tax office for which you want to
define address information.
- Click the
Comm. Method tab and then
create a new record.
- Enter the name and description for the communication
method.
- In the Address ID field, use the List of
Values to select an address.
- If you want the communication method and/or address
to be default, select the check boxes.
- If you want the communication method to be
valid only for a specified time, enter values in the Valid From and Valid
To fields.
- Save the information.
