Review Criticality Analysis
Explanation
This activity is used to view or create Criticality Analysis information following a completed RCM Analysis.
Where the IFS RCM Toolkit Integration module is used, the resulting Criticality information will be created
or updated as a result of the activity Receive RCM Analysis and cannot to be edited manually. The record is locked and referenced to the RCM Analysis ID. An update can only be done through the IFS RCM Toolkit.
Where a third party RCM Analysis tool is used, the Criticality Analysis information will be entered or updated manually in this view.

System Effects
The Criticality Analysis information will be displayed for each equipment object, both functional and serial, given the corresponding Process Class and Item Class combination.

Procedure
- Open the Maintenance Basic Data window and select the
Criticality Analysis tab.
- If the IFS RCM Toolkit Integration is in use, you can review the resulting criticality analysis information displayed.
- If a third party RCM Analysis tool is used, manual entry of Criticality Analysis data is by:
- Ensure focus in on the header and create a new record (F5).
- Enter values for Process Class, Item Class and CM Standard ID. The values will need to be registered in the Maintenance Basic Data before use.
- Save the information (F12).
- Ensure focus is in the Risk Category table and create a new record (F5).
- Enter values for CM Risk Category, CM Severity ID and CM Probability ID.
- Save the information (F12).
