Define User Printers
Explanation
Use this activity to connect users to different
printers in order to print reports on different printers. This is useful when
you wish to have a report printed only at a specific printer.
Optionally you can define a printer for special character sets by defining a language.
This provides the facility to use a specific printer for special character sets. This optional task is to be
performed by a system administrator or equivalent person.
A user combined with a language can be
connected to several printers, but only one printer can be the default. The
printer used depends on the connections between the report and printer, and
between the user and printer.
