Close All Shop Orders in MRO Structure

Explanation

This activity is used to close all the disassembly, disposition, repair and assembly shop orders associated with an MRO visit.

Prerequisites

In the case of MRO, this activity requires that the topmost assembly shop order for the MRO visit has been received before all associated shop orders can be closed. This is to allow the updates to the associated shop orders in the event of work scope re-evaluation.

System Effects

All disassembly, disposition, repair and assembly shop orders associated with an MRO or CRO visit will be set to Closed. If you choose to close the incomplete operations, they are reported with the standard time and cost. The remaining material reservations are removed. This means that the capacity and material booked for the shop order become available for other shop orders.

Procedure

CAMRO Interim Order Structure and CRO Interim Order Structure:

1. Open the CAMRO Interim Order Structure or CRO Interim Order Structure window.
2. Query for the interim order header for which you want to close all associated shop orders.
3. Right-click anywhere in the header or in the Detail tab and then click Close All Shop Orders.

MRO Shop Order:

1. Open the MRO Shop Order window.
2. Query the top level assembly order for which you want to close all associated shop orders.
3. Right-click anywhere in the header or in the Detail tab and then click Close All Orders in MRO Structure.
