Return Not Operational Object

Explanation

Use this activity to initiate the shipment process for the object. This activity is performed when the service or repair is completed and the QA process is not complete. This means that you have decided to ship the MRO object before the operational condition is set to Operational, so the permission to perform this activity should be quite restricted.

If no dispatch order is connected to the work order, a dispatch customer order is created and a reserved customer order line is created for this dispatch customer order.

If a dispatch order is already connected to the work order, a reserved customer order line is created for this dispatch customer order.
