Return Object

Explanation

Use this activity to initiate the shipment process for the object. This activity is performed when the service or repair and the QA process are finished. The indication for this is that the operational condition is set to Operational.

Prerequisites

If no dispatch order is connected to the work order, a dispatch customer order is created and a reserved customer order line is created for this dispatch customer order.

If a dispatch order is already connected to the work order, a reserved customer order line is created for this dispatch customer order.
