DOP Header/Tree Structure

Usage

Use this tab to view a graphic display of a specified DOP structure and to see the detail data associated with any selected level within that structure. The display is on the left side of the window, and the data is on the right. If only the superior DOP order appears in the graphic, double-click on that node to display its structure levels. That same double-click causes a display, to the right, of the DOP supply data for the superior DOP order.

To see the supply data for any node displayed in a structure, click on it once. Supply data can be shown for any node identified as a DOP Order, a Purchase Requisition, a Purchase Order, a Shop Order, or an Inventory Reservation. The field definitions for each of these supply types are covered in corresponding documentation titled, respectively, DOP Order Supply Information, Purchase Requisition Supply Information, Purchase Order Supply Information, Shop Order Supply Information,and Inventory Reservation

• Show Alarm DOP Orders - The icon of DOP orders (nodes) with alarms are set to .
• Show DOP Orders Status - The icon of DOP orders (nodes) are set according to the status as described below;

Icon	Status of order
	Created
	Unreleased
	Netted
	Released
	Started
	Cancelled
	Closed

• Show Critical Path - The icon of DOP orders (nodes) representing the branch or sequence of DOP Orders from a leaf node to the top node with the longest cumulative lead time are set to .
• View Only Pegged Orders - Only DOP orders set to created pegged orders are shown in the tree structure.
• View Cancelled Orders - Also DOP orders in status Cancelled are shown in the tree structure.
