Distribution of Product CTG Scrap

Explanation

Use this activity to determine how the scrap factor is to be distributed. You can categorize the cradle-to-gate (CTG) scrap related to the production result into different emission media codes with a percentage distribution factor.

The cradle-to-gate (CTG) scrap will be distributed among the different emission media codes which makes it possible to analyze the cradle-to-gate (CTG) scrap emission for the part.

Part Eco-footprint/Distribution of Product CTG Scrap

Procedure

1. Open the Part Eco-footprint window and populate or query for the part no.
2. Click the Distribution of Product CTG Scrap tab.
3. Create a new record.
4. In the Emission Media Code field, enter a emission media code.
5. In the Distribution Factor field, enter a distribution factor in percent.
6. Save the record.

Note: The sum of the distribution factor must always be 100, this is independent of the number of records that exist.
