Expire the Action
Explanation
This activity is used when an outcome of an issue has an expiration date (in
the Outcome Expiration Date field).
Prerequisites
In order to perform the activity:
- A disciplinary or grievance action has to be registered in the system
and have a Completed status.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, a disciplinary or grievance issue will change
its status to Expired.

Procedure
To manually expire the issue:
- Open the Disciplinary and Grievance Management window.
- Search or populate to find a relevant disciplinary or grievance issue.
- In the upper table, right-click an action that you want to reopen and
click Expire.
