Reopen the Issue
Explanation
This activity is used to reopen a disciplinary or grievance issue when there
is a need to add or modify relevant information.
Prerequisites
In order to perform the activity:
- A disciplinary or grievance issue has to be registered in the system and
have a Completed or Expired status.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, a disciplinary or grievance issue will be
reopened. Its status will change to Preliminary and it will be possible
to edit its information.

Procedure
- Open the Disciplinary and Grievance Management window.
- Search or populate to find a disciplinary or grievance issue which you
want to reopen.
- Right-click the header and click Undo Status Change until the
status of an issue will change to Preliminary.
