Register Training Development

Explanation

Use this function to define training activities as part of the employee development program.

Mandatory fields are Note and Counsel Date (defaults to the current date). Status field is displayed. All other fields are options. In the Note field you enter what type of training that the employee needs.

  1. Select the employee.
  2. Select New to register a new item.
  3. Define training and development needs for the employee.
  4. Save.
