View Matching Result

Explanation

Use this function to view the matching result. Different tabs appear in this window depending on what type of matching you selected. If you selected to find Employees, the Matching Result - Employees tab appears. If you selected to find Jobs, the Matching Result - Jobs tab appears. If you selected to find Applicant, the Matching Result - Applicants tab appears. This window is read-only.

Note ! From Matching Result - Employees, you can use an RMB choice in order to evaluate the employees competencies more in detail. 

Prerequisites

A matching set-up including type of matching, criteria's and settings.

Procedure

1. Select New or Populate in Matching Engine/General, to view previously registered information.
2. Use the List of Values in the To Match field to select the criteria to match.
3. View the matching result.
