Enter Parameter

Explanation

Use this activity to enter information on a parameter for the functional or serial object. You can then enter measurements on the object, and in this way, control preventive maintenance actions. You can enter previously defined test points on the object, and then link one or several parameters to them. The parameters can be used as criteria for generating PM actions.

Note: By default a Testpoint ID (*) will be available. Use this default test point id to register parameters on the Object, or create new test points if needed.

Prerequisites

System Effects

As a result of this activity, you can create criteria for condition-based PM generation, by linking parameters to PM actions. You can also enter results of measurements on object parameters.
