Define Export License Types
Explanation
This activity is used to create, modify and view export license types. Export
License types are used to identify and group the export licenses, and to present possible template setting and texts that will be copied to the export license when creating a new record.

System Effects
As a result of this activity:
- An export license type is created.
- The type can be used to identify an export license.
- Possible template setting and texts will be inserted when creating a new export license.

Types
Procedure
- Open the Export Control
Basic Data window.
- Click the Export License Types tab.
- Select New (F5).
- Enter a license type.
- Enter a description.
- Optionally, indicate temporary
if that setting should be copied to the export license when creating a new record.
- Optionally, enter a business type/end user text if
that should be copied to the export license when creating a new record.
- Optionally, enter an end user certification required text
if that should be copied into the export license when creating a new record.
- Optionally, enter a documentation required text
if that should be copied into the export license when creating a new record.
- Optionally, enter a reporting required text if that should be copied into the export license when creating a new record.
- Optionally, enter a proviso text
if that should be copied into the export license when creating a new record.
- Optionally, enter a note, by double-clicking the Note field which will open a text phrase editor
that enables the user to view the entire text and, to select predefined phrases as entered in the
Document Text Administration/Phrases tab.
- Enter a number in the List of Values order to specify the order that the record should appear in a List of Values.
A blank or zero indicates that this record is blocked for further use.
- Save the changes.
