Enter Customer Restrictions
Explanation
This activity is used to create, modify and view customers that are allowed
to use this export license.
Prerequisites
The required information in the Enterprise/Customer window must
have been filled in and saved.
System Effects
As a result of this activity:
- An order that has an identified customer as specified in the tab would be
allowed to use this export license (if all the other restrictions are met)

Procedure
- Open the Export License window.
- Click the Customer tab.
- Select New (F5).
- Enter or select a customer that should be allowed, or enter a % sign to
indicate that all customers are allowed to use this license.
- Optionally, select an address so that the address data will be copied into
the
Address 1, Address 2, City, Zip Code and the
Customer Country fields.
- Enter address 1, or a % sign to indicate that all address 1 are allowed.
- Enter address 2,, or a % sign to indicate that all address 2 are allowed.
- Enter city, or a % sign to indicate that all cities are allowed.
- Enter zip code, or a % sign to indicate that all zip codes are allowed.
- Enter or select a country, or enter a % sign to indicate that all countries
are allowed.
- Optionally, select the Exclude check box to indicate that the identified customer should be excluded from being allowed for this license.
- Optionally, enter a note, by double-clicking the Note field which
will open a text phrase editor that enables the user to view the entire text
and, to select predefined phrases as entered in the
Document Text Administration/Phrases tab.
- Save the changes.
