Start Allowance Calculation

Explanation

Use this function to calculate allowance. You can choose between Create Allowance or Create Summarized Allowance. If you choose Create Allowance you will see the details of the allowance and Create Summarized Allowance will give you the allowances summarized.

Note: This function will only be available if you have entered hours and minutes in the start field.

Prerequisites

Before you calculate allowance, the following must have been completed:

• You must have registered a travel expense that entitles you to receive allowance.

System Effects

As a result of this entry, the system will register the allowance.

Procedure

1. Use the right mouse button and select Create Allowance or Create Summarized Allowance.
2. You can view the result in the Compansations tab.
