Distribute Report
Explanation
Use this activity to distribute a report to one or several users.
Prerequisites
Before the report is distributed, the following must have been completed:
- The report template must have been selected in
Order Report,
the Selection tab.
System Effects
As a result of this activity the report is generated and printed on the printer that is
default for the other user/users.

Procedure
Use the following procedure to distribute a report to one or several users:
- Open
Order Report and find the report you want to distribute.
- Select the Distribution tab. Your user identity is default in the Receiving field.
- In the Available Users field, mark one user identity and use the Add button. The user
identity is then visible in the Receiving field.
- To remove a user identity from the Receiving filed, mark the identity and use the Remove
button.
- Confirm the information.
