Explanation

Use this activity to distribute a report to one or several users.

Prerequisites

Before the report is distributed, the following must have been completed:

Procedure

Use the following procedure to distribute a report to one or several users:

  1. Open Order Report and find the report you want to distribute.
  2. Select the Distribution tab. Your user identity is default in the Receiving field.
  3. In the Available Users field, mark one user identity and use the Add button. The user identity is then visible in the Receiving field.
  4. To remove a user identity from the Receiving filed, mark the identity and use the Remove button.
  5. Confirm the information.
