Suppress Row Presentation

Explanation

Use this activity to suppress the line for one or more columns.

Prerequisites

Before suppressing the row presentation, the following must have been completed:

• The row template must have a fixed column template.
• The row template must include a data row, a calculation row, and/or a separator row.
• For a separator row, the Full Line field must have the 'No' value.

System Effects

As a result of this entry, the corresponding column is not printed on the report.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to suppress row presentation:

1. Open Row Template and find the row template where you want to suppress the row presentation.
2. Select a data row, a calculation row, or a separator row and use the View Row operation.
3. Select the Layout tab and then the Columns button.
4. Uncheck the boxes for the information that is to be suppressed.
5. Confirm the information.
