Cancel Fixed Assets Physical Count

Explanation

This activity is used to cancel a physical count.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, the status of all the objects in the physical count must be null.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the status of the physical count will change to Cancelled. This in turn would have the following system effects.

• If the objects included in the physical count were blocked for operations at the time the physical count was created, the Blocked For Operations check box in the Object/Inventory tab window will be cleared for all those objects.
• The Blocked For Inventory check box in the Object/Inventory tab window will be cleared for all the objects included in the physical count.

Procedure

1. Open the Object Physical Counts window and query for the physical count that you want to cancel.
2. Select the record, right-click and click Cancel FA Physical Count.

Or

1. Open the Register Object Physical Count Result window and query for the physical count that you want to cancel.
2. Right-click in the background of the window and click Cancel FA Physical Count.
