View Fixed Assets Physical Counts

Explanation

This activity is used to view the existing physical counts for a company. The basic information relating to a physical count is viewed in the Object Physical Counts window. Information relating to individual objects included in a selected physical count can be viewed in the Register Object Physical Count Result window.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, at least one physical count must exist for the company.

Procedure

1. Open the Object Physical Counts window.
2. Populate the window or query for the physical count that you want to view.
3. If you want to view information relating to the individual objects included in a physical count, select the relevant physical count, right-click and click Details - FA Physical Count to open the Register Object Physical Count Result window.
