Enter Counter Part Values

Explanation

Use this activity to enter the counter part values that are to be used in an internal elimination structure.

Prerequisites

Before counter part values can be entered, the following must have been completed:

• One code part must have been defined for the counter part. This is done in Define Code String in IFS/Accounting Rules.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the counter part values can be used in an internal elimination structure.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to enter counter part values:

1. Open Code Part Values.
2. Select the tab for the code part that is defined for the counter part.
3. Use the New function and enter the information for the code part values, i.e., the counter part values.
4. Save the information.
