Assign Work Permits to Risk Assessment

Explanation

This activity is used to connect work permits to allow personnel to start work at the location of the risk assessment.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, work permits are required to be already defined in the Permit window.

Procedure

1. Open the Risk Assessment window.
2. Search or populate to find the required risk assessment.
3. Go to the Risk Assessment/Permit to Work tab.
4.  Create a new record and enter the work permit in the Permit Sequence field.
5. Save the information. The details of the work permit will be shown in the relevant fields.
