Register Risk Assessment

Explanation

This activity is used to register basic information for a risk assessment.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, locations and sub-locations are required to be already defined in the Location Basic Data window.

Procedure

1. Open the Risk Assessment window and create a new record.
2. Specify the description of the risk assessment in the Name field.
3. Specify the planned date for the risk assessment in the Planned Date field.
4. Specify the address of the location in which the assessment is performed in the Location ID field. The address details will show in the Location field.
5. Save the information.
