Define Competency Group

Explanation

This activity is used to define Competency Groups. Competencies can be classified into groups, such as Technical, General, Administrative, Cultural, and Professional Qualities. You are free to define as many levels of groups as necessary. In competence group you define which competency elements the competence group consists of and the scale to use. The competency elements with their leveling scales are used in gap analysis and matching.

It is also possible to move one group into another group and to enlarge an element to become a group.
