Define Competency Level Ability

Explanation

This activity is used to define abilities, qualities, or knowledge that are part of a certain competency element at a certain competency level.

Procedure

1. Open the Competency Element Level window.
2. In the header, select the relevant competency group, element and level in the Competency Group, Element Name, Competency Level fields.
3. Navigate to the Ability tab and add a new record.
4. In the Ability field, enter abilities, qualities, or knowledge that are part of the selected competency element at the selected competency level.
5. Save the information.
