Distribute Competency

Explanation

Use this function to distribute competencies from a Competency Group Master List to a Company Competence Group List. You need authority as a manager to distribute competencies. The Competency Group Master List is the list where all competencies for all registered companies in the system are already defined. The Company Competency Group List is the list that the current company will use. Each company may have different registered competency groups so this function will allow you to arrange different competency groups for different companies. You can view the details of each competency in the window tab.

1. Select New to add a new item in Company Competency Groups. Use the arrows in Company Competency Group Assignment to add or remove a competency group.
2. Specify your data.
3. Save.
