IFS/Human Resources Planning is mainly a basic data module containing all the functions concerning competence and job information. IFS/Human Resources Planning is used in combination with one or more modules in IFS Applications.

Human Resources Planning
General information about functional areas, job grades, groups and categories, education and experience, characteristics, and work condition factors is registered as basic data in this module. In the standard navigator, all the functions for the registration of basic data are gathered in the Strategic HR Base/General Strategic HR Base folder.
