Delete Remaining Post Maintenance Checks for Task

Explanation

This activity is used to delete all pending post maintenance check (PMC) tasks generated for a modification or fault for a certain serial.

Prerequisites

To perform this activity, pending PMC tasks must exist for the serial.

System Effects

• For a modification, all remaining PMC tasks for the modification code and serial will be removed.
• For a fault, all remaining PMC tasks for the fault number and serial is removed.
• The record indicating that a post maintenance check is required for the serial will be removed.

Procedure

1. Open the Serial Maintenance window and query (F3) for the required serial.
2. Click the Post Maint tab.
3. Select the row containing the PMC task you want removed, right-click and click Delete Remaining PMCs for Task.
4. Click OK in the message that appears to continue with the deletion.
