All EU members must report exported and imported parts to and from other EU countries every month. The authorities use the information for their statistics follow-up. To be able to create this report, the correct information must be selected from the system once a month.
The Intrastat lines that are entered can be changed or canceled. Also, new lines can be added as long as the status of the Intrastat report is released. To be able to print the report or transfer it to file, it must be confirmed. When a report is confirmed, no changes are possible on the lines or header. However, it is possible to revert from Confirmed status back to Released status by choosing Release from the right mouse button menu.
The Intrastat report receives Confirmed status. It is now possible to print the report or transfer it to file.
