Events in IFS/Manufacturing
The following events are available in IFS/Constraint Based Scheduling:
- The CBS lock listener has been aborted.
- The CBS lock listener has shutdown
- An error occurred during the execution of the buffered messaging batch
job.
- A new sequencing of shop orders has been made.
- A full schedule of all shop orders is done on site.
- A calendar change has occurred and may cause operations to become
unscheduled.
- The CBS Shop Order Data Spooler has encountered a calendar that has not
been generated.
- A change to parameters affecting tardiness has occurred. (This CBS event
can be found in both CBS and Shop Order.)
- Material Review Board part has been dispositioned
- Parts are submitted to the Material Review Board
The following events are available in IFS/Quality Management
- Quality Management specification is out of spec.
- Quality parameters are above the upper control limit.
- Quality parameters are below the lower control limit
- Quality check shows 2 out of 3 beyond 2 sigma
- Quality check shows 4 out of 5 beyond 1 sigma
- Quality check shows 15 at or within 1 sigma
- Quality check shows 8 outside 2 sigma
- Quality check shows 8 below or above the centerline
- Quality check runs up/down of length 8 or greater
- Manufacturing sample frequency trigger
- Purchasing sample frequency trigger
- The variable result status is shown
- The attribute result status is shown
- The inventory sample frequency schedule is shown
The following events are available in IFS/Dynamic Order Processing:
- All components are available for a DOP order.
- A DOP Log entry has been created.
- A new DOP Head has been created automatically due to the releasing of a
customer order.
- A new alarm has been generated.
- Unpeg all supply components
The following events are available in IFS/Repetitive Manufacturing:
- A Kanban card has changed state.
- A Kanban circuit has been activated.
- A Kanban circuit has been recalculated and accepted.
- A shop order requisition has been created by Kanban replenishment.
- A purchase requisition has been created by Kanban replenishment.
- A purchase order has been created by Kanban replenishment.
- A supplier schedule has been created by Kanban replenishment.
- A production line schedule has been created by Kanban replenishment.
- A transport task has been created by Kanban replenishment.
- A distribution order has been created by Kanban replenishment.
- Shop order proposal created for Kanban replenishment
- Kaizen State changed
The following events are available in IFS/Shop Order:
- Storage when material for a shop order is reserved.
- A shop order has been released.
- A shop order has been closed.
- A shop order has been received.
- A change to parameters affecting tardiness has occurred.
- A shop order has been canceled.
- The finish date on a shop order has been modified.
- The lot size on a shop order has been modified.
- A new line material allocation has been added.
- A material allocation line on the shop order material allocation has been
removed.
- The quantity per assembly on a shop order material allocation has been
modified.
- A shop order operation quantity scrapped.
- A shop order operation outside operation shipped.
- A shop order operation outside operation received.
- A new shop order requisition has been created.
- A shop order requisition has created a shop order.
- A receipt of a shop order did not fulfill the pegged quantity.
- Shop order due date has been changed
- Shop order due quantity has been changed
- Shop order new allocation line is added
- Shop order new allocation line is removed
- There is a shortage in shop order material
- Shop order is scheduled for non-conformance
