Create Tool Usage Report
Explanation
Use this activity to print a report of tool usage for a shop order.
Prerequisites
This activity requires the existence of a shop order that has tools associated with
operations.
System Effects
As a result of this activity:
- The system prints a report of tool usage for a shop
order.
- The Tool Usage Report check box in the History tab of the
Shop Order window will be automatically selected
if the tool usage information is directly printed via
the Create Shop Order Reports dialog box, without previewing.
Note: The
Tool Usage Report check box will not be automatically selected if the
report is printed via the
Order Report window.

Procedure
- Select a shop order in the
Order No field. Use
List to
select from available shop orders.
- Click OK. The Print Report dialog box opens.
- If required, select a required page
layout, language etc.
- When all necessary changes are done, click OK to print the report,
click
Cancel
to abort the print job, or
click
Preview to preview the report.
- If you selected Preview, the report is
displayed for review. After reviewing
it, click Print to print the report.
