Define Shop Floor Team

Explanation

This activity is used to create teams to be used when reporting shop order operations and indirect time from Shop Floor Workbench. Team functionality can be used to minimize reporting since reports done by the team will be applied to all team members.

Procedure

  1. Open the Shop Floor Teams window.
  2. Create a new line and enter the site which you want the team to be valid on.
  3. Enter an alphanumerical identifier for the team in the Team ID field and a name in the Team Name field.
  4. If necessary, connect a workbench filter to the team in the Filter field.
  5. Save the record.

Note: If you want the team to be allowed to enter and report from Shop Floor Workbench window, select the Workbench User checkbox.
