Capacity Demand for RRP

In a resource requirements planning (RRP) work center, the demand for capacity, or load, comes from Level 1 parts for which RRP resource routings have been defined. The master scheduling level 1 process generates the supply for these parts. The sources of supply may include: 

• Proposed and fixed master-scheduling receipts.
• Shop proposals and non-firm production schedules.
• Shop orders and firm production schedules.
